Returns & Exchange Policies

Canine Company wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item purchased from Canine Company, we’re here to help! There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting a refund/return. Returns should be sent to:

  • Returns must to be requested within 30 days* of purchase date.
  • Items that are used are not eligible for a refund, unless defective.
  • Once a Computer Collar® is put on your pet, it is not eligible for return, unless defective.
  • Batteries are not Returnable if the package has been opened.
  • Nylons are not returnable if used or worn, unless defective.
  • Returns must be in the factory-sealed original packaging.
  • We will accept returns of unopened products, as long as original packaging is included and actual product is in new and resalable condition, within 30 days, for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returned Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Trainings are not refundable unless none have been used from your Training package. Unused Training sessions do not expire.
  • Unused batteries from Battery Plans and Complete Care Plans are refunded at a rate of $10 per battery as long as it has not been shipped yet.
  • For your Protection, we recommend shipping your package prepaid, insured, and trackable. Canine Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
  • For purchases made by Check, the refund will be issued with a check following a 10-day waiting period from the date of the return for the appropriate amount.
  • For purchases made by Credit Card, the refund will be credited to the original card used. If the original card is not available, a check will be issued.

*All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists, prior to issuing any type of credit.
