Returns & Exchange Policies

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Returns must to be requested within 30 days* of invoice date.

  • Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable.

  • Returns must be in the factory-sealed original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.

  • For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.

  • Items displaying wear and use are not eligible for a refund.

  • Batteries are not returnable if the package has been opened, torn or cut.

  • Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit.

  • We will accept returns of opened products, as long as original packaging is included and actual product is in new and resalable condition, within 30 days, for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.

  • We will not accept any product for return that has been altered (ex. collar has been trimmed), regardless of time passed.

  • Upon receipt of the merchandise and review of the condition of the product, we will issue a refund (less 15% restocking, if applicable) in the method that payment was originally made if item is unused and returned with original packaging. If purchase is made by check, a refund will be issued with a check following a 10-day waiting period from the date of the sale for the appropriate amount. Credit card purchases will be credited to the original card used. If the original card is not available, a check will be issued.
